Dr. Jim Bock has moved his practice to the Blue Mound, Illinois office Dr. Malcolm Mathias retired from in April of 2001.

  1. Take Route 48 South through Boody to Blue Mound
  2. There is a sign on the right side of the road directing people to the Blue Mound Civic Center. When you see this sign, get into the left turn lane.
  3. Make a left onto Lewis Street (You will see the Fire Station on your left, a car wash on your right.)
  4. Left onto Sieberling to end of block
  5. Left onto Bolls Street. Park in parking area on Bolls Street
